Injuries can occur at any point of time. But since this is an amateur legal blog, we are specifically interested to know about the rights of an injured person. At the heart of this would be figuring out what caused the accident. We never advocate unnecessary litigation. But we need to be aware of our rights and exert them with vigor when the need arises.
